Go Big on an A/C Unit?
Our experience has proven that improperly sized equipment can cause unwanted problems such as cold, uncomfortable temperatures in your home.
Water Tank Maintenance: Drain 5 Gal. Per Month
It is recommended to drain about 5 gallons of water off the bottom of a hot water tank every month. This will remove some of the sediment from the tank allowing the water to heat easier and faster, reducing operating costs. It will also help to prolong the life of the water heater.
