Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been serving the Monroe County and surrounding areas since 1947. We offer residential customers the finest possible service in the industry today. Our peers will recognize us as a model of excellence. We do this by specializing in only the residential marketplace. We will maintain a training program to ensure our customers get a properly engineered system, quality installations, and expert service.

We will maintain all written policies to ensure our standards are upheld on every job we do. We maintain your equipment after the sale with proper preventative maintenance and optional service plans.

Les Kajosz	Joining the Taylor Heating family in 2002 Les Kajosz has proven to be an amazing Senior Service Technician.  While maintaining to be a helpful source in the service department Les has achieved his Heating NATE certification, along with his Building Analysis and Envelope certifications from Building Performance Institute.  He continues to learn as much possible in the field so that he can be the best service technician to our customers.  His experience mixed with his strong knowledge and training results in nice work and 100% satisfied customers.
Joe Maggio	Even though Joe Maggio joined the Taylor Heating family in 2004 he has been in the HVAC business for over 12 years.  He brought to the table experience and eagerness to learn as much as possible.  While playing a strong role in service department he has continued to educate himself at any available opportunity.  He is Heating NATE certified and currently studying and training to get his Building Analysis and Envelope from the Building Performance Institute.  His positive attitude mixed with his knowledge leaves our customers feeling relieved to have their equipment checked over by an experienced technician.
Tim Rapp	After 20 years in the HVAC field Timothy Rapp joined the Taylor Heating family in 2001.  As our most requested Senior Service Technician Timothy is a joy to have on our service department team. His years of experience and his joyful demeanor leave even the hardest to please customer satisfied!  Timothy possess a no pressure approach that lets our customers know that here at Taylor Heating we are all about customer satisfaction.
Mike Anderson	In 2004 we were proud to have Michael Anderson join our Taylor Heating family.  His prior installation background made it easy for him to fit into the Lead Installer position.  His extreme neat and clean ways of installing make you feel like he is working on his own home.  The amount of great feedback that we get from our customers lets Taylor Heating know that we have the right man for any residential installation job!
Tom Cass	Thomas Cass Jr. started at Taylor Heating Inc. in 2007 as an intern while at Monroe Community College as a HVAC student. After seeing his great willingness to work hard, learn, and retain information there was no hesitation to ask him to join our Taylor Heating family as an Installer. He has proven to everyone that he could handle any task sent his way.  Whether he is working in a team or individual setting he seems to complete customer-satisfying work.
Aurel Cournoyer	Aurel Cournoyer is a long time Taylor Heating family member.  He joined the team in 1990 after being in the HVAC industry since 1986.  He graduated with an associates degree in HVAC from Monroe Community College in 1988.  Aurel is now the Vice-President and Service Manager of Taylor Heating.  His amazing knowledge and continuing education and training can help out any complicated service call.  Aurel is NATE certified in Heating and Air Conditioning along with his Building Analysis and Envelope, Heating and Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Certifications from Building Performance Institute. Aurel possess amazing team player skills while overseeing the whole service department.  With Aurel at the wheel of the service department Taylor Heating is sure of a smooth ride to success.
Anne Craver	Anne Craver joined the Taylor Heating Family in early 2009 as company dispatcher.  She oversees keeping our busy technicians on time and on task in our service department.  She is able to accommodate almost anyone’s schedule with her ability to route the technicians in a flowing manor and acute attention to timing.  She is an amazing team player with always offering to help the office any free moment she gets.  Anne brightens our office by keeping a smile on her face every single day of the week that you can actually hear through the phone.
Kimberly Blakely	Kimberly is the newest member to the Taylor Heating family. Kimberly is in charge of all bookkeeping, finance & accounting. She brings over 20 years of experience, has held title of CFO and Business Operations Manager in past endeavours, and managed a staff of 20. She possesses a degree in Business Administration and keeps herself educated in the newest regulations and practices in the accounting and tax field.
Barb DiCiacce	Barbara DiCiacce joined the Taylor Heating family over 10 years ago. As the Office Manager she continues to outdo herself with her noticeable attention to detail.  She maintains neat, clean, and strong work skills that any office personal can look up to.  No moment goes unused while Barbara is at the office.  She completes any task given and distributes all work in the office department so that everything runs flawlessly.  Taylor Heating couldn’t imagine how the office would function with out Barbara’s perfect skills and knowledge!
Eric Schweigert	Eric Schweigert joined the Taylor family in 2009 and has had great success helping homeowners live more comfortably, maintain healthy homes, and save money on their utilities.  Utilizing his electrical and building science background, customers can be assured that they will have the best options to choose from when making decisions.  The “house as a system” approach is the right thing to do when planning upgrades and changes and a thorough home assessment from Eric is the place to begin.
Michael Bessette	Michael Bessette joined the Taylor Heating family over a year ago after almost 15 years in the HVAC business. As a Energy and Comfort Consultant , Michael is able to make great recommendations on home comfort. He is able to sit with customers in their homes, listen to their needs, see what the budget is and come up with an amazing deal to fit the customers needs. He brings great knowledge of heating, cooling, air cleaning, and air purifing products to the table. While in the office Michael is available to speak to customers and answer questions on how to improve the comfort of their home. Currently busy working strong with the NYSERDA and Energy Star program Micahael is available to do whole home energy analysis to show the customer exactly where they could save energy and money in their home. His intense attention to detail ends in happy satisfied customers.
Tony DiCiacce	Taylor Heating would never be where it is today without Anthony DiCiacce being part of the team.  Joining the Taylor Heating family in 1977 Anthony started out as a dispatcher.  He is now President and CEO of the company.  He has maintained expert office and business skills along with strong knowledge of HVAC products, materials, and service.  He currently serves as a board member with ACCA.  Anthony holds a Building Analysis and Envelope along with Heating Certifications from Building Performance Institute.  If he is not in the office working hard or out in the field as an Energy and Comfort Consultant then he is out training in new HVAC materials or concepts.  With his love for this line of work there is never a dull moment to him.  He strives for excellence and pushes for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you were ever to meet Anthony DiCiacce then you would understand why it is and will always be “A Great Day at Taylor Heating”.
Robert E. Taylor	Robert Eastman Taylor established Taylor Heating Inc in 1947 after having served our country as a merchant marine. Robert, along with his wife Harriet ran a very successful and prosperous heating and air conditioning business for many years Bob and Harriet were instrumental in founding the Registered Heating Contractors organization. The organization evolved into the local chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) in the mid 70’s. Bob Taylor was honored by the ACCA being inducted into the hall of Fame in 2002. Bob continues to work at Taylor Heating in an advisory capacity.
